DAY 5, Rest Day in Spokane
Akira, Kevin, Steph and James at Spokane Falls
This little dinosaur according to Stephanie is alive. Every time that she walked past the house, where he apparently lives, he was in a different place (in the garden with his tail in the air, laying on the sidewalk, standing on the porch). Okay, Stephanie, "I told you to Stop eating those hallucinogenic mushrooms."
DAY 6, Spokane to Sandpoint

Me entering Montana
The scenery sure did change once we got into Montana. Dry high desert, but still beautiful.
This is John, a school teacher from Fairbanks, Alaska. Him and his dog squirrel are solo biking from Fairbanks to Colorado Springs, Colorado.
DAY 8, Thompson Falls to Missoula
Hey, I thought boats were supposed to be in the water.
Only in Montana
This is Benji's in Plains, Montana. We had breakfast here.
This couple are from near Plains and sat at the table next to us at Benji's. The wife told me that the reason that the knats and mosquito's have been so bad this year is because of all the rain that they got this spring. I need to apologize to the gentlemen that I took a picture of at the Sinclair Station in Plains. I didn't save your picture by mistake. If any of you read this blog, would you take a picture of the whole crew and email it to me at patharm2@yahoo.com so that I can post it to my blog? Thanks

Where we stayed on the University of Montana
This is one of the ride support staff (Mark) under our welcome sign at Knowles Hall. His timing was great as he walked up under the sign just as I was snapping the picture.
